Iain has worked for some of the best retail and leisure consulting and occupier businesses including CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Dalgleish, Westfield & Hammerson.  

A career spanning more than 30 years, Iain has extensive and unrivalled contacts across the industry including senior decision making individuals within brands, occupiers and owners. 

His experience is impressive and includes:

• Delivering structured expansion plans for new and exciting brands across the UK and beyond.

• Sourcing and delivering a carefully curated brand mix and leasing to winning brands across shopping centres.

• Repurposing of under-utilised or vacant space for alternative income generating uses.
